Sean Walsh
Founder and Chairman of the Board
In the summers of his youth, Chairman Walsh began working in the mining industry as a geological assistant on the exploration camps of the Tundra in the North West Territories of Canada. Having grown up in a mining and natural resources family, he brings a lifetime of experience to Tundra-X Gold Corporation. As Founder and Chairman, he strives to create a team of the highest of caliber to ensure the corporation's mission is pursued with professionalism and pride. As an entrepreneur he has founded companies in tech, property, film, capital management and now mining. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria in Canada and a Master’s degree from Bristol University in England.

John Anderson
Director
John Anderson has over 20 years of Capital market experience specializing in the resource sector. He was a founder and Financier of many start-up companies with experience on the TSX, NYSE, NASDAQ and London AIM and Swiss Stock Exchange. He was a founder of Deep 6 PLC, American Eagle Oil and Gas as well a founding general partner in Aquastone Capital LLC, a New York based gold fund. Anderson has raised more than $35 million for Triumph Gold (formerly Northern Freegold). Prior to this, he worked in Investor Relations at Bema Gold and corporate Development at Manulife Financial in commercial real estate development.
Alfred Lenarciak
Director
Alfred Lenarciak has over 25 years’ experience in the strategic development of resource companies in North and South America, Africa, Europe and Asia. Alfred started his career as civil and mining engineer in 1975, in Canada. In 1983, he studied finance at the University of Quebec and received certifications from the Montreal Stock Exchange. Subsequently, he worked in investment banking in the mining industry until 1990. In 1991, he was retained by the World Bank to be a part of the privatization efforts of the mining industry in Poland. Between 1992 and 2014, Alfred served on the board of directors of more than a dozen TSX-listed companies. Alfred has published seven books distributed in over forty countries. Alfred is a Cavaliere Member of the Order of Pope Saint Sylvester (Vatican knighthood) and a recipient of the Silver Cross of Merit.

Alfred is a Canadian citizen and is a permanent resident of Nassau, Bahamas and currently serves as the Lead Director of Aurania Resources Ltd listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange as ARU., OTCQB: AUIAF, Frankfurt 20Q
